Boys Soccer Player Reflection Article

in

School is filled with responsibilities and requirements which need to be fulfilled. However, there is more to life than doing homework. My mother told me to join the soccer team. I thought that this idea was simply preposterous. I was afraid that soccer would interfere with my social life and school schedule.

The first day was unforgettable. It was grueling work. We ran from MCA to Kilbourn Park. My heart was pounding heavily, while my body became drenched with sweat and determination.  I never thought that soccer was a cool sport, until I became a member. After practice was over I felt powerful and bold. Soccer was a great outlet for me.
