| Enrolling your son or daughter
at Midwestern Christian Academy is an easy process. Simply
complete our Student
Application Form and return them to the school as soon
as possible. These will need to be accompanied by any other
records and test scores of previous school experience.
After reviewing your application, it may be necessary
to contact you by telephone to clarify some questions.
In addition, we may request an interview or written evaluation
prior to making a decision on enrollment. If you have
any further questions or would like an opportunity to
visit the school, please call our office at 773.685.1106.
Upon notice of acceptance, we will send you a registration
form to be completed and returned along with the 1st semester
registration fee. Those placed on a waiting list will
be notified as openings become available for possible
enrollment.
